• Booking requests — when you use the “Book a Call” form: name, email address, topic, optional message, preferred date/time. Your IP address is also recorded for spam/abuse prevention.
• AI chat messages — text you type into the portfolio assistant, used only to generate a reply.
• Technical data — standard server logs (hosting provider), anonymized analytics (page views, performance), and your theme preference stored locally in your browser.

• Booking details are used solely to respond to your inquiry (confirmation + reply by email).
• Chat messages are used solely to produce an answer in that session.
• Technical data is used for security, debugging, and improving performance.
• Your details are never sold, rented, or used for marketing lists.

To operate this site, limited data is processed by:

• Vercel — hosting, server logs, and privacy-friendly analytics (Analytics + Speed Insights).
• MongoDB Atlas — database storing portfolio content and booking requests.
• Portfolio chat — answers from your portfolio data directly on this site. Messages are not sent to any third-party AI service.
• Gmail (via Nodemailer) — delivers booking confirmation and notification emails.
• Google Fonts — loads Inter / JetBrains Mono (your IP is visible to Google when fonts load).
• GitHub / Spotify APIs — server-side fetches for public contribution graphs and now-playing status; no visitor data is sent.

• Theme preference — saved in your browser’s local storage; stays on your device.
• Admin session cookie — used only by the site owner for content management; not set for visitors.
• No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

Booking requests are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for basic record-keeping, then deleted on request. Server logs and analytics aggregates are retained by the hosting provider per their own policies. Chat messages are not stored by this site beyond what is needed to reply (the AI provider may process them per Google’s API policies).

Regardless of where you live, you can ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your booking data at any time. Email [email protected] with the email address you used in the form, and your request will be handled promptly. EU/UK visitors additionally have GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection); California visitors have CCPA rights (know, delete, non-discrimination).

This site is not directed at children under 13, and booking/chat features should not be used by them.

If this policy changes materially, the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Continued use of the contact features after changes means you accept the updated policy.
